The virtual workshop on IEC 62443: Security for industrial automation and control systems is taking place on 14 October, 2022, from 8:00 to 10:00 MEX (UTC -5) / 15:00 - 17:00 DEU (UTC +2). The aim of this workshop is to provide timely information on the IEC 62443 standard, concepts, parts, roles involved and practical industrial applications. It is organized together with Siemens.

The virtual workshop on “Accreditation and Conformity Assessment in the railway sector” will take place on 29 September 2022, from 09:00 to 11:00 MEX (UTC – 5) / 16:00 to 18:00 DEU (UTC + 2). This is the fifth event of the series of workshops “Quality Infrastructure in railway systems: experiences in Mexico & Germany”.

On 29 August, from 08:00 – 10:00 MEX (UTC -5) / 15:00 – 17:00 DEU (UTC +2), stakeholders of the German industry and QI institutions will have the opportunity to discuss future cooperation topics for the German-Mexican Working Group on Quality Infrastructure. The preparatory meeting will be held virtually and will be hosted by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK). Simultaneous translation between German and Spanish will be provided.

The virtual event on Global Production Language is taking place on Tuesday, 16 August 2022, from 10:00 to 11:00 (UTC -5) / 17:00 - 18:00 (CEST). This is an event under the framework of the project line on “Quality Infrastructure (QI) Principles for Industrie 4.0” within the German-Mexican Dialogue on Quality Infrastructure, established between the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and the Mexican Ministry of Economy. It is jointly organised with the Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA).

The virtual event on Global Production Language is taking place on Thursday, 28 July 2022, from 10:00 to 11:30 (Mexico City time) / 17:00 - 18:30 (CEST). This is an event under the framework of the project line on “Quality Infrastructure (QI) Principles for Industrie 4.0” within the German-Mexican Dialogue on Quality Infrastructure, established between the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and the Mexican Ministry of Economy. It is jointly organised with the Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA).

The third and last session of the “Forum on Market Surveillance Mexico-Germany” is taking place virtually on Tuesday, 31 May 2022, from 08:00 to 09:30 (Mexico City time) / 15:00 to 16:30 (CEST).

The focus of this event will be E-commerce as a global challenge for market surveillance.
