The virtual event on Global Production Language is taking place on Thursday, 28 July 2022, from 10:00 to 11:30 (Mexico City time) / 17:00 - 18:30 (CEST). This is an event under the framework of the project line on “Quality Infrastructure (QI) Principles for Industrie 4.0” within the German-Mexican Dialogue on Quality Infrastructure, established between the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and the Mexican Ministry of Economy. It is jointly organised with the Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA).

On 29 August, from 15:00 – 17:00 DEU (UTC +2) / 08:00 – 10:00 MEX (UTC -5), stakeholders of the German industry and QI institutions will have the opportunity to discuss future cooperation topics for the German-Mexican Working Group on Quality Infrastructure. The preparatory meeting will be held virtually and will be hosted by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK). Simultaneous translation between German and Spanish will be provided.

Das Vorbereitungstreffen der 10. Jahrestagung der Deutsch-Chinesischen Kommission Normung (DCKN) findet am 27. September 10:00 - 12:30 Uhr (UTC+2) virtuell statt.

Neben einem Überblick über die seit der letzten Jahressitzung erzielten Fortschritte in der Zusammenarbeit und einer Diskussion der aktuellen Entwicklungen der Normungspolitik in China, dient die Sitzung insbesondere der deutschen Positionsbildung für die Jahrestagung. Die Vorbereitungssitzung bildet die Grundlage für die weiteren politischen und fachlichen Gespräche mit den chinesischen Partnerbehörden. Zudem informieren wir über das Programm der Jahressitzung der DCKN sowie ihrer Unterarbeitsgruppen.

Die 10. Jahrestagung der Deutsch-Chinesischen Kommission Normung wird virtuell von 14. – 21. November unter Schirmherrschaft des Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz (BMWK) und des Staatlichen Amtes für Normung der VR China (SAC) stattfinden.

The virtual workshop on “Accreditation and Conformity Assessment in the railway sector” will take place on 29 September 2022, from 09:00 to 11:00 MEX (UTC – 5) / 16:00 - 18:00 DEU (UTC + 2). This is the fifth event of the series of workshops “Quality Infrastructure in railway systems: experiences in Mexico & Germany”.
