Virtual Q&A session on the Global Production Language by VDMA and GPQI Brazil

With a conference on 22 July 2021, from 10:00 – 11:30 (Brasilia, UTC -3) VDMA and GPQI aim to strengthen the direct dialogue with the Brazilian private sector regarding machine-to-machine communication standards, such as OPC UA.


Benefits and main implementation areas will be discussed. Moreover, the speakers will focus on aspects of OPC UA Companion Specifications including critical points raised by the Brazilian productive sector – manufacturers, system integrators and final users.

The event is jointly organized by VDMA and GPQI Brazil. It is an activity of the Brazilian-German Working Group on Quality Infrastructure of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) and the Brazilian Ministry of Economy (ME). The Working Group has the goal to strengthen product safety and enhance consumer protection through political dialogue of relevant ministries and regulators.
