Annual Meetings of the Sino-German Working Group on Product Safety and the Sino-German Working Group on Accreditation and Conformity Assessment

The Annual Meetings of the Sino-German Working Group on Product Safety and the Sino-German Working Group on Accreditation and Conformity Assessment will be held on 5 November 2019 in Beijing, PR China (the conference venue will be announced in due time). The Working Groups are part of the Sino-German Cooperation on Quality Infrastructure between the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) / the Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA) of the PR China.

The Annual Meetings will be preceded by technical workshops on 4 November 2019 in Beijing, providing an opportunity for technical discussions on product safety, market surveillance, certification and accreditation. The dialogue mechanism connects public and private stakeholders from China and Germany to exchange about current developments, discuss technical insights and agree on next steps.
