Third event of the series of workshops: “Quality Infrastructure in railway systems: experiences in Mexico & Germany”

The virtual workshop “Signalling and Control Systems” will take place on 15 February 2022, 09:00-11:30 (UTC – 6)/ 16:00 - 18:30 (CET). This is the third event of the series of workshops “Quality Infrastructure in railway systems: experiences in Mexico & Germany”. This series is part of the project line “Cooperation on Quality Infrastructure in rail transport services” within the framework of the German-Mexican Dialogue on Quality Infrastructure, established between the Mexican Ministry of Economy (Secretaría de Economía - SE) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz - BMWK).

In this event, experts will exchange Mexican and German/European perspectives on existing types of signalling, their importance for the railway system, its regulation and considerations to achieve interoperability.
