The Global Production Language - Next Level of Indian Production

GPQI-India and the German Mechanical Engineering Association (VDMA) are delighted to jointly invite you to an online exchange on the relevant topic of Global Production Language in the context of Industry 4.0.

The objective of the event is to examine the status quo of Industry 4.0 in India, with a special focus on the area of Global Production Language. As part of the exchange, you will get an overview of the standardisation activities of VDMA and learn why the mechanical and plant engineering industry has selected OPC UA as the preferred standard for implementing Industry 4.0 communication in production.

The Q&A session in the second part of the event aims at identifying important aspects for Indo-German cooperation on Industry 4.0 and the topic of Global Production Language within the framework of the Indo-German Working Group on Quality Infrastructure.
